Starlene Bennin

Starlene is a United States Marine Corps veteran who brought her military discipline and dedication to backcountry San Diego real estate. As Broker Associate and Property Management Director, she handles everything from luxury ranch sales to rural rental management.
She leads the Semper Vets team alongside her daughter Ashlyn, forming a mother-daughter duo that combines deep experience with fresh energy. Together, they bring a family commitment to every client relationship — whether a first-time VA buyer or a property owner with a portfolio of rentals.
Starlene holds full control of the Property Management division under Red Hawk Realty PM, plus Sales under her license. She specializes in the unique challenges of rural properties: wells, septic, fire zones, equestrian zoning, and off-grid living.
Ashlyn Windsor

Ashlyn is Starlene's daughter and fellow veteran — making the Semper Vets team a true mother-daughter duo with military service running through the family. As a local Realtor raising her family in the San Diego backcountry, she brings community roots and personal investment to every interaction.
She serves as both Realtor and Assistant Property Manager, handling tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and property showings across the backcountry. With a sharp eye for detail and genuine warmth with clients, Ashlyn is trusted by both tenants and property owners to get things done right.
